NOTICE: ABSOLUTLEY NO
PORNOGRAPHY OF ANY KIND OR SEVERITY MAY BE STORED OR UPLOADED TO OUR SERVERS!
VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WIIL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE FORFITURE OF YOUR WEB
SPACE, AND POSSIBLE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Netfeed Internet Services'
goal is to provide an unrestricted and satisfying Internet experience for
our customers. These common rules, enforced by most ISPs, are designed
to satisfy what the law demands, and to protect Netfeed and it's customers:
Common Internet Rules

1. We are required by law to
report any criminal activity that we become aware of. This applies particularly
to software piracy. Be aware that if we find commercial software
stored or transported via our system illegally, we must immediately suspend/terminate
your service.

2. You may not make threats
against another person via email or news or any other electronic media/service
we make available. Nor may you impersonate another person. We support your
right to free speech, but can't support you if you abuse others.

3. You may not mount an attack
against our system or any other. This includes mail bombing (sending four
or more unsolicited pieces of email, or files exceeding 60K to one addressee),
"hacking" or attempting to gain root access, tsunami or flood bots or annoyance
utilities like "nuke" or "flash" Netfeed charges (and collects) $175
per hour to undo malicious attempts to damage or overload our systems.

4. You may not "spam" or flood
the Usenet with a single post to a large number of newsgroups not related
to the topic of your article.

5. You may not "spam" using
email.
Other Terms and Conditions

1. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone. Netfeed can terminate service to any customer.

2. Only one simultaneous dial-in
per account. If an attempt to have two simultaneous connections is made,
we will assume that your password has been compromised and will immediately
suspend your account. There are some circumstances when we may permit multiple
dial-ins, please contact us if you have a good reason to do so.

3. Netfeed is proud of our technical
support staff. To maintain the high quality of technical support our customers
expect, we must limit the availability of telephone tech support to the
primary account holder. We cannot provide tech support for other persons
whom you may authorize to use your account, such as your wife, husband,
brother, daughter, etc..

4. Connect time: netfeed.com
is a flat-rate service, and there is no need to watch the clock for any
normal usage of our system. However, except for full-time connections,
our dialup accounts are not unlimited. Sessions over twenty minutes in
length, not actively being used (pings and automatic interval checks of
email do not count as activity) will automatically be disconnected by Netfeed
when the system is being heavily used by others. Except for full time connections,
an account may not be logged in for more than 24 consecutive hours.

5. Monthly charges accrue from
the time you sign up until the time you formally cancel with written notice
mailed or faxed to Netfeed Internet Services. Monthly billing cycles begin
on the first day of the month & end on the last day of the month. All
payments are due on the first day of the billing cycle. Automatic monthly
credit card billings are processed on the first day of the month. If payment
is not received & or cannot be processed (i.e. bad check) by
the 5th day of the month, Netfeed will assume you no longer want Internet
access, and your account will be terminated. Much like having to pay for
a movie even if you don't watch it, you must pay for your Internet
access even if you don't log in and use it. If you are not going to log
in, you must notify Netfeed in advance to avoid automatic billing to your
credit card. Payments for the current or past billing cycles are not refundable
for any reason other than the inability of Netfeed to provide Internet
access for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical difficulties
of Netfeed owned or operated equipment, and only then will the amount paid
for the current billing cycle be refunded. Refunds of advance payments
for future billing cycles will be made less any compensation due for any
special term discount given for all previous monthly services charges that
were collected at less than our normal monthly rate.

6. Trying to "hack" root login
on our machines is forbidden - so is the use of packet sniffers or other
malicious hacking programs. Netfeed charges (& collects) $175 per hour
for all time spent repairing damage caused by such actions.

7. Netfeed does not allow
ircbots to run on our system, Bots found running will be terminated, and
files ssociated with them will be deleted. Users who repeatedly attempt
to run bots will be warned only once of the above conditions, and if they
persist, the account will be closed without refund.

8. Making public or providing
any of our system files to other users of the Internet is forbidden.

9. Do not snoop or disturb other
users' files or directories. Do not harass any of our staff or customers.

10. Do not run software designed
to cause our system to stop working correctly. Netfeed charges (& collects)
$175 per hour for repairing any damages caused by such actions. If in doubt
about a programs ability to harm our system, please email or call technical
support before running the software.

11. Common sense is the best
policy, try not to do things that cause us or other users of our service
or the Internet any harm.

12. MUDs may not be hosted on
our system. While fun, they consume much CPU power and bandwidth at the
expense of our customers.

13. The Internet is uncensored
in nature. In no way does Netfeed, it's owners, employees or staff attempt
to censure any content, files, pictures, etc. in any way. All material,
data, files etc., transmitted, received, or stored on our system is the
sole responsibility of the person or persons doing so. Netfeed, it's subsidiaries,
employees, owners, partners and staff cannot and will not be liable for
direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or
related to the use or inability to use Netfeed Internet Services' software,
hardware, services or network.

14. Note to shell users: another
topic involving common sense - Backups. Netfeed backs up your files every
day, but nothing in this world is fail-safe. If you have something critical
to your career or hobby, it makes sense to keep a copy of it locally on
your own computer, in addition to ours. Our backups are designed for recovery
from serious system failures - not for recovery of files accidentally or
intentionally deleted by users. We may be able to restore files a user
has deleted, but there are substantial charges associated with doing so.
A Subscribers use of
our system in any way indicates the Subscriber and other persons with whom
the Subscriber allows or otherwise makes available the use of the Subscriber's
account with Netfeed Internet Services, has read, received a copy of, and
agrees with, all of the above terms & conditions, and if paying for
service by credit card, authorizes Netfeed to charge the appropriate amount
due on or about the first day of every month until written notice, as outlined
above is given to terminate this agreement. This Agreement supersedes all
prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement
may only be changed or terminated in writing signed by all parties.
