SHOCK JOCK CASE -- The Stanislaus County district attorney's office will not file charges against 
a Los Angeles radio show host who asked women working in Rep. Gary Condit's office on-air questions
 that the women considered abusive. 
The incident occurred July 12, when

 John Kobylt of KFI-AM ( a CLEAR CHANNEL STATION ) 

and a partner went to the congressman's Modesto district office with radio gear.
Kobylt went inside and began asking insulting questions, said Lisa Mantarro Moore,
 Pat Austin, Maggie Mejia and Jackie Mullen. The women said he asked one of them 
if she had slept with Condit to get her job and called another a "fat b----." 
Deputy District Attorney Dave Harris said Wednesday 
that the radio host is protected by First Amendment free speech guarantees and did not commit a crime.

The women said they were disappointed and would complain to Harris' boss, District Attorney James Brazelton.
