View from the West looking East down the A.M. antenna array , 3 towers

center tower ATU and FM ISO
Antenna tuning unit (AM frequency's ) ....... FM-ISO , keeps the AM out of the FM and keeps the FM antenna from screwing up the AM antenna pattern.

Since the telcom act of 1996
1280 A.M. ( KJOY , KJAX or KUYL ) 1 Kw N.D. day and 1kw to the West at night.
was bought from Joel Gamell ( who still owns the the land and charges rent to the station owner )
Joel sold the station to comunity pacific then it was bought out by Pacific star then 'cap-star' then AMFM
then AMFM was sucked up by Cheap Channel who now controls over 1200 of OUR american radio stations frequencys
The station was running the right wing stuff like RUSH ,Dr. lori etc...
but is now running 50's/60's music now with one DJ ( morning drive
, and voice tracks the rest of the day and nights
